that enables you to make payments from anywhere, at any time. You can also set up auto-pay to avoid missing due dates.
We maintain a strict pest control program across the facility by offering monthly pest control along the interior
and exterior perimeters, but never near tenant belongings. Units are sprayed after a tenant vacates and left to dry for
24 hours before re-renting. However, since these units are exposed to outside temperatures, it is always recommended
to use sealed containers and avoid storing food in them.
Non-climate units are structurally sound and secure, but they don't regulate temperature. If extreme weather
